I might lack insight, but considering construction is always disruptive and completion time prediction is as up-in-the-air as the weather, what could have truly been done differently? Should a budget for revenue loss be considered for each project? Should revenue loss be expected?

Even the stations in Vancouver feel like they lack arts and visual interests outside of the Evergreen extension. I can't imagine how empty and clicinal this new line must feel in.

I'm becoming more and more of a grumpy photographer at this point

So I lost the job because I had a bad cramp and I couldn't get back into the training class after 15 minutes
