The difficulty of just getting a job currently (not helped by the fact Germany is in a recession with rising unemployment levels) has me jaded but also asking what’s next and if this isn’t the right thing for me, what is? I know I’m not the only one in this position which is reassuring at least

Life can really feel like a real drudge at times - especially in the world we live in now. But those small moments of simplicity can show the joy and beauty of what it means to be here at all :)

Today I had a coffee and sat outside the cafe while I had it. The sun was shining, I could hear a trumpet playing in the distance. I had a clear view of the Fernsehturm. And honestly, it was just a lovely moment ☺️

Twitter (refuse to ever call it “X”) has descended to depths I could never have imagined after M*sk’s takeover, I’m hopeful that bluesky is a remedy to this. Let’s see how it goes ☺️

First impressions of Bluesky: strong US focus but I guess that’s to be expected until there’s more growth/my algorithm is further refined. I’m also cautiously optimistic to see there’s no far right conspiracy theories being shoved into my feed so positives all round 🥳
