This book fucked me up. I have many thoughts. First. It’s sort of uncommon to read a book with a MC that is so unlikable. Everyone reads differently but it’s kind of refreshing. It was a hard read.

I read this book in one sitting today. Surprised by the mixed reviews I’ve read. I fell in love immediately. But if you aren’t the audience that’s okay. I think it speaks loudest to scarred girls that have always yearned for home and found it unexpectedly in the darkest corners.
