Oh & we’re spending a new whack of $1.3b to stop that.

I wonder if Americans will ever become aware that Trump plans to line the government’s coffers with the proceeds of his tariffs (the real point of the economic warfare) while Canada is likely to port the proceeds of its retaliatory tariffs to the most affected industries’ employers and workers.
