Thank you!! HK has some great spots and museums, I do want to explore more of the Central but I tend to visit more of New Territories as my mum's side of the family used to live there

I'm so nervous and excited about next month's trip to Japan and Hong Kong. It'll be my 2nd Japan trip, only this time to Osaka instead. I'm looking forward to seeing all the different autumn events there

The cameos were so nice to see though, I got emotional seeing a couple of my faves (no spoilers!)

Ended up binging all of Alice in Borderland Season 3 and I'm was literally like "wtf" (confused) at the final episode

I'll never cease to be amazed how personal drug use gets you erazed from the business, but assaulting women gets you a slap on the wrist. It *is* assault btw, it's just that jp media has a habit of always reporting assault as "harassment".

I think the delivery services are cursed in the last couple weeks, lots of delays ;0;

I altered some gym leggings because I don't like the texture of skinny leather trousers, then I'm tweaking Ramuda's brooch/ribbon thing. I will have to simplify his shoes because I can't find an exact match that won't make me broke ;0;

Worked as a temp admin for maternity cover at a high school and a student said to their group of friends "oh my god a Chinese girl is working here" while looking at my direction. I was within earshot and I was like, "???" I'm not a cryptid lmao wtf

After I come back from holiday, I'm going to look at permanent roles (dread)

I think(?) so far I'm managing even though the school I was covering as a supply teacher cancelled their shifts for me for this week and the next. The joys of temp work -_-

Emergency commissions are now open, my family is facing rapidly approaching homelessness. In order to keep a roof over our and our two cats' heads, I'm taking art commissions.

The weirdest part is that the phone was perfectly fine when I got home afterwards. My guess is either hotel hauntings or the hotel's plug outlets making software glitches (half-joking)

Since KokoroCon, I'm slightly paranoid about my phone suddenly glitching when I'm travelling ;0; I'm still convinced that the hotel I stayed at was haunted (or as the other people said, it's haunted by the ghost of Maria Robotnik lmao)

It would be nice to be away from the UK for a while, everything is and feels like a dumpster fire

Be a financially responsible human: holiday edition (saving up monies for Japan and Hong Kong)

Feels like it's been ages since I posted a WIP update ^^; so! Ramuda jacket! Basted the hood to see how it looks, then will have a look at attaching a lining, finishing seams etc (looking a lil untidy right now cause sleep so will tidy up threads tomorrow 😅)

I'm seeing fewer posts about the Visa and Mastercard situation, and I want to make it plain as day. You need to keep calling and bothering them and losing them money.

Because if we lose this, they are going to cut more and more from what's available until you can only buy what they approve of.
