I have no idea why Perforce bought Hansoft to turn into P4Plan. Nobody likes Hansoft.

And on its visual strength Barbara de Laurentis chose lynch to make Dune. She had not seen Eraserhead. She said later if she had, no way he was the pick.

I have never cared about or been interested in Fable. Though I find it sad the publisher didn't let them put a woman on the cover.
