Yeah... I have been seeing doctors about this since I was 10. I have literally been on every medicine/therapy/reprogramming/ alternative medicine out there. I cannot emphasize over text how incredibly bad this is. I'm taking things 100x stronger then Xanax and I can hardly step into a grocery store.

I would trade anything to get rid of my anxiety and to have some self-confidence. It's bringing me close to my breaking point now
