It was a pleasure to contribute to today's meeting of the United Nations Working Group on Cross-Border Cartels, run by UNCTAD. The WG highlights best practices, facilitates information exchange and consultations, and reports to the Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Competition Law and Policy.
