People say reading before bed instead of doomscrolling helps you sleep but there I am at 3 AM deep in the weeds of a book not being able to wait to turn the page lol

I recently saw some reel about love languages and the first thought that came to my mind was someone going through the effort of looking at my Goodreads list and gifting me a book lol

I've found that reading gripping novels is the only effective way for me to stop doomscrolling. So anyway I've read 12 novels in 2025 so far.
