Seen a tree looking..shaved? Donβt worry, thatβs the work of a porcupine! In winter they climb trees & peel back bark for the nutritious inner layers. Those trees then become vital habitat for birds, insects & more. Ecosystem engineers at work!

Reggie has settled into his permanent home in his large, shared aquarium with Jane, and will soon be training to join our education ambassador team.
