About having the “concept of a plan”

There never was any plan

And now-with the country facing ruin-in complete desperation

The past 24 hours really exposed the Republicans’ non-plan on health care. Since they were unable to repeal the ACA, they intend to make health insurance premiums skyrocket so people can’t afford health care, which will ultimately make emergency rooms their primary care doctors.
