They responded only after I requested a refund from PayPal. They kept insinuating I'm treating them like an Amazon worker, that the commission terms they agreed to was actually way more complicated then I let on and that '2 months was perfectly reasonable for the scale of this'

It was supposed to be a sorta celebratory artwork for this chapter to a slow burn fanfic I've been writing and I've got people constantly asking me when the update is

I wanted to add it into the fanfic but this artist is taking way, way, way too long. I kinda regret it.

I *know* they've been online recently. They've posted to the account I messaged them on so they're not dead at least. But yeah...kinda getting a bit impatient now!

How do I politely tell someone they're taking way too long on a commission? Like. I ordered it in mid August, they gave me a *nearly* finished product on 15/09 and said it would be complete within a few days

And now they're not responding at all to me asking updates :/
