In Sonic Racing Crossworlds IDW Comic one-shot, Jet The Hawk tells Sonic The Hedgehog that he's going to beat him in the race. But Sonic shrugs this off and immediately turns his attention to Shadow The Hedgehog, and the two immediately start trash-talking each other. Making Jet so mad that once the race starts, he attacks and trash talks Shadow. Vowing to take him down before Sonic, which Shadow is unimpressed by as Cream The Rabbit watches them.
