The attack at a Hanukkah celebration in Sydney today was a vile act of antisemitic terror. I mourn those who were murdered and will be keeping their families, the Jewish community, and the Chabad movement in my prayers. May the memories of all those killed be a blessing. While we are still waiting for all the facts to emerge, what we already know is devastating. At least 11 dead, including Rabbi Eli Schlanger, who held deep ties to Crown Heights. At least 29 injured. Another Jewish community plunged into mourning and loss, a holiday of light so painfully reduced to a day of darkness. This attack is merely the latest, most horrifying iteration in a growing pattern of violence targeted at Jewish people across the world. Too many no longer feel safe to be themselves, to express their faith publicly, to worship in their synagogues without armed security stationed outside. What happened at Bondi is what many Jewish people fear will happen in their communities too. On Bondi Beach today, as men with long guns targeted innocents, another man ran towards the gunfire and disarmed a shooter. Tonight, as Jewish New Yorkers light menorahs and usher in a first night of Hanukkah clouded by grief, let us look to his example and confront hatred with the urgency and action it demands. When I am Mayor, I will work every day to keep Jewish New Yorkers safe—on our streets, our subways, at shul, in every moment of every day. Let this be a purpose shared by every New Yorker, and let us banish this horrific violence to the past.

Not that I want to give any of that to them, but I like to know its smoothed out and fixed incase I do use it.

It includes Bluesky now, and already starting (My account got flagged for some reason, only thing I can't do is DM and tinker with settings). When it gave me an option to use my bank card as an ID, it did not work. Unsure if any of it works yet.

That's the message it gave me too, so I guess so. Still not a clue what triggered it, and honestly wished they would provide examples (I don't think I look that young in my pfp so that can't be it. I don't think my posts give an indication on how old I am.

I didn't get a notification, just appeared at the top of my feed (Then disappeared), and if I go into my DMs (Blocked too) and settings. I noticed my DOB is missing which is weird I could have sworn I added it when I signed up, but can't even edit it.

I have no clue. All of it is just dumb. Reddit's apparently using AI to scan your posts and guess how old you are.

The rest of my social media accounts (Which should have confirmed I was an adult) seemed to be unaffected. Do not want to upload any ID tbh.

I am not anymore as it won't even accept it.

Figured it would be fine, I use my paypal to pay for things online, so seemed like it would be alright. (No idea why Bluesky triggered it though, none of the other websites are demanding me to give my ID)

You need to fix the "use your credit card" one (Or whomever is charge of the KWS site that the link on here leads).

For some reason I got the "verify your age" and tried to use my Suncorp debit card (Which I should be allowed to use, but it won't).

Why am I being asked to verify my age? I thought there was some scanning of my posts. (BTW why is it also not accepting my Suncorp card? I don't care if it's not a credit card, it's still a card I am using). #auspol

Bluesky, I was born in 1988, so I am well over the age of 18, even if this account was only created in the last few years.

If my account disappears because their AI model can't tell somehow that I am an adult, that will be why.

$20 as a gift or random act 0f kindness is still a good thing. $20 can still go a long way in this world, giving someone a cheap rice bowl meal, or a burger. Buy superstore hot dog buns and sausages and you got a few days meal.
