For those who're wondering: these are cinnamon rolls with sour cream topping over it, and with a filling that consists of caramelized pears, cinnamon + a mix of nuts such as cashew, almonds, and others

First time baked stuff and it came out sooo fuckinngg goooood; it's even better than my father makes (his pastry is always hecking awesome)

The dough is sooo soft and fluffy, and squishy, and airy aaaaasa I'm so happy😭😭😭
