Pinch hitters will be contacted by tomorrow to fill in the gaps. All pinch hitters automatically get an extension deadline of Jan. 30th.

Please only take on a pinch hit if you genuinely know you can complete a gift in the allotted time. There will not be any further extensions.

Thank you to everyone who's reached out over the last couple of days. Those of you who have dropped don't need to do anything further.

If you have dropped, you may still receive a gift if your Santa has not also dropped from the event.

If you do need to drop from the event, please reach out no later than Tuesday morning, the 19th.

I've realized I've forgotten my own check in. I've overall had a pretty rough month and it slipped my mind entirely. I find myself with much less time to devote to the exchange this year than I'd hoped.

To make it easier on everyone, let's just skip the 2nd check in.
