Yes, I never understood why EMTs can't somehow "hand off" an ambulance patient once at ER. Spent 6 hours late one night in Pasqua ER with two EMTs doing nothing but waiting with us.

I'm curious to know why you think the survey is "biased." It's a public survey that I'm trying to promote everywhere, and encouraging everyone to fill out and forward to their friends & family. Where else should I promote it?
