Every morning my 2 year old son looks out the window and says "hello birdies" to birds in our yard. Our landlord showed up this morning without notice with workers who chopped off every single bush and plant in the garden down to the ground. Scots are a miserable people in a miserable country.

My lab studies both lab mice and naked mole rats. There is a belief amongst some that what we discover in mice will be universally true, and what we discover in naked mole rats will be a weird mole rat quirk. I believe this mouse-centric view of biological systems is very limiting.

Maybe differences between book editions published in different regions, even by the same publisher. I think layout, number of pages, etc. can vary. It's helpful to know the exact version to find a cited quote.
