The point of my statement Mr. Holmes was to state that a fire in cold weather isn’t logical unless someone started the fire and lost control of it. Hence wind(air) expands fire. A fire starting by itself in the middle of the winter(low temperatures) unless under a magnifying glass isn’t happening.

Cali burning is because someone wanted to burn it. Wonder how much the land is worth now and who’s going to buy it from the residents whom are going to definitely sale.
