I think that the card meme-ability is actually keeping it around more so than price. The running joke of “do you pay the 1?” can signal to people in the wild you’re a Magic player, more specifically commander player. Feel like that alone saves it from bans.

Going 1-3 in the Sealed Main Event at the Spotlight last weekend has really made me lose some confidence in my Magic playing abilities.

However, being a featured creator extremely boosted my confidence in that area of my life!

Still coming down from the awesome that was #SpotlightEclipsed this past weekend. I am profoundly lucky to have had the opportunity to be there and help add to the attendee experience.
