Interest for 1st year on a 30 year: $24,613.28. Interest for 1st year on 50 year: $26,960.13. For a couple, even the 50 year doesn't near the standard deduction of $31.5k. It is unlikely there will be additional tax savings unless they have additional tax deductions over $4.5k

The white calligraphy changes its pattern over the panels. Six fingers is also a pretty glaring mistake. I'm not accusing, just asking for clarity
