My self esteem's reached an all time low & I'm really struggling 😔
It's so frustrating because we've been making healthier choices & I'm trying to be more active but it doesn't seem to have made any difference.

I've been really struggling recently 😣
SAD has kicked in big time & the post wedding blues have been hitting hard.
However, we have had a super productive weekend which has definitely helped my overall sense of wellbeing.
