Never here, friend. We're all delightfully sliding scales of odd. It's the one thing I will forever be immovable about. You aren't ever being judged against "normalcy".

It sure does feel that way. I have some IRL people who love, accept, and even sometimes 'get' me. But I'm deeply grateful for spaces like this where I can talk with people whose internal landscape looks so similar to mine.

Because most of the time, I feel like I have to translate myself to others.

I think what makes it do fascinating is how we can totally understand why they do things but that same understanding is one sided.
