Rock On! We had a great community walk last Sunday For the Festival of Terminalia - all about the rocks along the coast of Granton and the islands Inchkeith and Cramond and the rock music studios...concrete...cairn walkingwithoutadonkey.com/2026/02/24/r...

No, they're at Newhaven

Rock On! This community walking event took place on Sunday 22 February 2026 18 adults plus a baby in a buggy and 2 dogs met at Wardie Bay on the edge of Edinburgh for a Festival of Terminalia walk. We walked along the Lower Granton and West Shore roads to Granton 'the brick' Beach. We made a cairn of the stones we had collected at Wardie, to mark the boundary between sea and land.

Walking in Pairs 2 -Tokyo / Edinburgh For our second walk together-apart, Kristina Rothstein and I walked in Tokyo, Japan and Edinburgh, Scotland respectively. 2nd October 2025. The agreed location was the city, and coordinated stops were scheduled for the beginning, middle and end. Tokyo Leith, Edinburgh Kristina's walk The walk started at 7pm Tokyo time, on the last night of my three and half week trip to Japan.
