The way Superman sees the world and the way Batman sees the world are essentially different political views and Superman should just be such a positive force he changes how Batman operates from being a cop to changing what he does to not be

this is an off the top of my head take but I would actually legitimately like if Batman and Superman in the DCU WEREN'T friends like they tend to be in comics and cartoons.
