My enduring memories of previous Arsenal title winning sides are of Adams striding, Vieira sliding, and Henry gliding.
This year itβll be of Declan Rice standing in the corner fixing his hair while his team mates wrestle opponents in the box.

Spain is the largest vineyard in the world.
Itβs a wine powerhouse - but somehow, living here, it doesnβt feel that way.
This week I spoke to the Rioja-based winemaker Andrew Halliwell about Spanish wine in 2026.

In my Substack interview, Rioja-based winemaker Andrew Halliwell said:
βThere is no high-speed AVE train and the airport is testimonial. The only main road through the region is an expensive toll-road. So the main way of getting here is by bus or car, something that will put a lot of people off.β
For a country wobbling under the weight of close to 100 million visitors each year, a genuine wine tourism industry - with 21st-century transport connections - would help spread visitors across this vast, empty land and relieve pressure on the top destinations during peak times.

One thing about the Rioja region that I canβt get my head around is its inaccessibility.
Spain is a top-tier tourist destination - itβs totally absurd that one of the most famous wine regions in the world is, literally, one of the hardest places in the country to reach
