I started following Disappointed Corgis over there awhile ago because I think they’re cute but luckily don’t see too much posting for medical advice. FB shows me other corgi stuff but mostly people posting photos of “find the corgi.”

I read the story this morning but seeing it on my phone I can really appreciate the framing of the open door. Gorgeous.

When I was a senior in high school I didn’t need a science but I signed up for physics anyway. Instant regret. So for second semester I convinced my ceramics teacher to let me be a TA for the advanced class in addition to taking the lower level class. My Friday after lunch was just ceramics.

Yum bbq ham. This will be my Black Friday dinner plus I usually order the garlic bread which is a Portuguese roll. 🤤 DC is one of only a few cities in the US to have Nando’s so I consider myself lucky.

I am generally in favor of cranberries but don’t usually eat the Thanksgiving offerings. My sister-in-law is taking over Thanksgiving starting next year so we’ll see how that goes. Looking forward to a non-traditional Thanksgiving this year and then I’ll order from Nando’s the next day.

I come from a cranberry sauce in a can family because my brother likes it. Every year my aunt has to comment on how she didn’t like it until we started having it for my brother. But this year we’re have Chinese food so no cranberries of any kind.

Any time someone on here asks for suggestions on how to work off tension or just generally feel a bit better mentally I have to resist suggesting they go for a lil walk. Because I hate to be that person but it does work a good amount of the time.

We should come up with a rebellious ace version that’s just petty crimes. Like, throwing a plastic bottle in the trash instead of recycling it or not cleaning up after your dog.

They have one of those coffee things at work that I get my hot water from so I always top it off with a bit of ice because I’m impatient. I heard a podcaster mention the flavor so I went searching for it. The brand is The Republic of Tea. Think I’ll need to try some more from them too.

Yum! I had a cup of vanilla almond tea this morning but I was too eager to taste it and burned the heck out of my tongue. It was pretty good once it cooled off a bit.

I had my apartment cleaned this morning and she was not happy (this is an old pic). Eventually got her to sit in my lap at my desk but at one point she was hiding on top of the refrigerator. Poor baby.

I can never get rid of the mushroom because Penny loves to sleep on it. She doesn’t seem to get a long with the dragon so far.

Not quite the same but the other day I was thinking about the fic where Azi owns a Christmas tree farm and he meets bank manager Toni Crowley in the city. No idea what it’s called though.

The house was on a pretty busy street so probably lucky no other accidents happened in the year I lived there. I shared it with other students and it was right by a bus stop but I was happy to move out and into a neighborhood.
