Happy #Caturday from my trio! Issy is chilling in the scratcher from Christmas that is now apparently a permanent fixture, Christopher has stuffed his chonky self into his small kitten hammock, and Tess is dozing on the warm radiator. All is well.

A close up of lion dancers at my stand at the farmer's market. The mask is bright, and the white trim looks soft and fuzzy. This is just before "feeding" the lion some money. The dancer in front grabs the money by opening the lions mouth into a wide gape. There were two dancers in this lion. It is good luck to feed the lion, they go to each booth, and interact with the customers as well. Kaka'ako in Honolulu February 28, 2026

We had Lion Dancers and drums at the market again, they didn't come last weekend because of the storm. It was a great day, look at that ble sky!

Cool. My daughter and fam lived in Abu Dhabi for five years, so I got to visit in '23. He worked in nuclear power. We had a lot of fun at the Yas Island parks.
