Recovering so quickly from hip replacement surgery 5 days ago! Had a short walk outside with Mike using my walker, in cold sunshine. Ice, tylenol, lie flat to stretch everything that contracted around the old hip, a few PT exercises, rest, and a little walking. Lots of TLC. And repeat.

Same here. You must have a lot of birding sites on FB. I have a lot of pottery groups, some birds and NW outdoors.

I’ve decided to try Bluesky and will gradually move away from Facebook. Not sure how I’ll find my friends.
