HB 608 increases penalties for the ear cropping of dogs that aren't performed by a licensed veterinarian.
100 days in, we're about to send yet another reasonable #PABudget to the #PaSenate. Meanwhile, the School District of Philadelphia is desperate, and the WOAR rape crisis center has had to suspend service. Itβs time to put Pennsylvanians first & for the #SenateGOP to get serious and do their job!

Bills passed by the #PASenate Tuesday are inadequate. Their transit bill increases fares & cuts $$ for safety. Their budget bill fails to fund schools & services properly. I stand with other Democrats for a better solution. The good news: at least the Senate came back to work.
