Love my funny little man tbh, this is why all Wights count as Skull Servant in the graveyard

Basically the entire archetype is about getting Lady in Wight and King of the Skull Servants out so that you can have a monster with attack and defense that scales with how many Wights are in the graveyard + ways to counter and deny traps and spells from restricting or destroying it

So the Wight archetype (Skull Servant and King of the Skull Servants are just localized names for early Wights) is all about self-milling and buffing each other from the graveyard. Skull Servant itself is just extra fodder because cards like Wightprince allow doing silly things with it

It's not following any official format, it's just a deck for playing with friends. I'm sure a couple of the cards in it are probably banned in official tournaments.
