I have PLANTAR FASCIITIS. I’ve been dealing with it for several months and the Podiatrist has given me a regimen of foot therapies of stretching and icing along with orthotic inserts. I’m doing everything I can but don’t seem to be making any progress. Any suggestions from fellow sufferers?
