Hell, my mom lost a lot of weight after falling into depression after losing her mom, and people were so callous to her about it. "Wow you look so nice" - no she was unhealthily losing weight from not eating at all and not sleeping and in a lot of mental pain, you POS.

I was quite heavy as a teenager and it wasn't until I had a sudden gain and was like 97kg because of an underlying health issue that it actually became a problem for me. I've lost weight since and it's disturbing how differently people treat me, especially since they know I have a health issue.
