I’ve got in my hands the manga I worked on as an assistant!

I’d already worked on volume 1 with Charlotte, but this time it actually includes my drawings and my coloring (Just the backgrounds. The characters are drawn by the author). I can’t show you all of it just yet but I’m so proud!

It was one of my biggest Pokémon projects, and it’s probably the reason I’m still making comics today.

Since then, my life has completely changed.
I often think of it as a relic of my past… One day, I’d love to redraw it and publish it. When I feel ready.

On March 1st, 2022, I posted the very first pages of a very long comic on tumblr (187 pages!!). It was called “Lost Memories” and followed Ingo as he slowly regained his memory. I’m proud to say that the comic has been complete since January 1st, 2024!

There are trees and bushes behind them, and a little cabin. They are looking at each other. Sycamore is smiling, a little uncomfortable. L's face is neutral. L says, "I was told you'd be the best person to ask. What was he like?" Sycamore replies, "That's... kind of a loaded question, isn't it?"

The third panel shows Lysandre in the foreground, smiling and gesturing with his hand while Pokémon X&Y-era Sycamore looks at him in the background. Sycamore continues, "I admired him for that.

The second half of Lysandre is shrouded in darkness, his face completely obscured. He's crying. Sycamore finishes, "I came to realize he must have been incredibly lonely." The second panel shows Sycamore, his head bent forward with a pained expression. L is still looking at him. Sycamore adds, "My only regret is not trying hard enough to be there for him when he needed it."
