My latest practice piece is done! Edges still aren’t perfect, but it’s an improvement over my last attempt. 😁 …and I learned a bit more. The loom is already warped for the next project!

My husband bought me a loom for my bday a few month ago. There’s been a learning curve, but I think I’m getting the hang of it!

Finally saw the first bluebonnets of the season!

In our quest to try a new-to-us restaurant each month, tonight we had dinner and cocktails at Julliett’s Italian Kitchen, on Barton Springs Road. What a wonderful experience! The drinks, service, and food were all outstanding. Pic is a “Widow’s Kiss” and a “Chee Nar Sour”.

Husband & I made a 2025 resolution to visit one “new to us” restaurant each month. January was a *delicious* brunch at Cypress Grill (www.cypressgrill.net). Loved it! We will definitely be going here again so we can try every single thing on the menu!
