The wise first date choice is a relaxed overnight or extended dinner date, especially if you want to test the chemistry for future 2-3 hour rendezvous. Not the other way around. How can you tell if you’re clicking when you’re rushing against the clock & barely have time to speak?

Strolling through Hyde Park this week and I thought, the rarest thing isn’t beauty or brilliance, it’s attention. Someone being fully present with you, even for one night, can change the texture of a whole month. Life is meant to be enjoyed in company, not just managed alone.

A new friend just described me as “basically a mix of Audrey Hepburn, Anaïs Nin, and a cat who wandered into a very nice hotel.” 💀

Wardrobe rotated for autumn/ winter, sold one of my cars, & nail technician tipped for a beautiful job, but best of all, I found bag charms I actually ❤️ while browsing in Harrods today! A soft-boiled egg with a toast soldier & its own little spoon, a tin of caviar, & a lobster!

Meetings done. Tie loosened. Now what?

Impromptu lunch as we rushed into the nearest restaurant to escape a sudden downpour during a generally very WET 24 hours together 💦

Index funds can wait, but this view won’t.

London is worth staying an extra night.
