every week i fight the urge to stay home the single day i have to go in the office for my internship lmfao

my therapist said this is actually not self care and i’m just staying on top of my work. fucking mind blowing news to me genuinely

i’m so grateful to have swiffer to hug and hold when i feel depressed

forcing myself to sit down and organize these papers so i don’t have crippling anxiety all week…. it’s self care

the crazy part is we both liked working with each other and she STILL was like “yeah just move me to another shift” it’s wild

i found out my supervisor spoke with a nurse who kept misgendering me and she told her she can get written up for discrimination, stop misgendering me, or get switched to another shift. why did she choose to just move to another shift 😔

evidently I was a little too eager to try all these remedies
