I've been looking at Brain Graft's work and was inspired/curious to try painting different face textures on the same low poly mesh

This is a Gachapon design I made for a 3D course; textures are hand-painted. Each egg capsule releases a little chick that attacks the enemy's base (egging their house).

The course was with CGMA and it was called 'Creating Stylized Game Assets' taught by Ashleigh Warner :)
