we used to go over there so I know interior. the house itself built early 2000s. hasn't been updated, looks dated even compared to ours... but a family could buy it, do a quick remodel/refresh, and then have a great home to live in.

yeah, it makes me a little sad.

and among other things, it can't be good for the house itself. houses need ppl to look after them... also, it's not like a lovely single family home would not be jumped on by someone in MA... I just don't get it.

I think it takes about a month before a team is real. and this is a lot of new relationships to build. I am pleasantly surprised with the progress they've made. I watched Campbell in particular. he seems much improved.
