I recently got the DVD collection of the classic Casper cartoons, and I'm always perplexed that everyone reacts to Casper like he's the most horrifying thing imaginable, and I'm like,

"Really? THIS thing?"

I love how even before Velma, Daphne and Fred showed up I instantly knew this was "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo" when I heard the underscore.

After watching through the animated pilot of Homestuck which was awesome, I felt inspired to draw up the four main characters of the series, and in my own style. I never got round to reading all 8000+ pages, so I'm very excited to see if this pilot goes anywhere!

One thing I can be happy about the Homestuck pilot is we can't get memes about "Homestuck if written by Vivziepop" because

A. Vivziepop didn't even write the pilot, or direct it for that matter, she only executively produced it.

B. The original webcomic had its fair share of swears, too.
