We called the State hotline. First thing you hear is an automated message: "Do not rely on the U.S. government for assisted departure or evacuation."

I won’t speak for anyone else, but for my part I don’t think I could read Rowling (no matter where I acquired the book) without thinking about her odious stench every time I picked it up. I read for pleasure and education, not to feel disgusted. So, I support bookstores by choosing other books.

So, even if I tried to separate music from the man, in some cases I just can’t do that. I don’t tell others what to listen to, but anyone who tells me I should listen to Nugent and ignore who he is can fuck all the way off.

We’re human. Thoughts intrude when we read, listen, view art, etc.

I grew up on hard rock, including Ted Nugent. I still listen to hard rock fairly often, but not Ted Nugent. He’s a hell of a guitar player, but his political views and disgusting public comments make me almost ill. I can’t listen to him without thinking what a wretch he is, and that spoils my mood.

The world has gone insane.

Our nation is again at war, not because we had to but because the president recklessly chose to.

Now we must recognize who pays the price: not the president and his wealthy allies, but service members and ordinary Americans.

It's interesting how the justifications for starting a tariff war and starting all these military wars have been so similar: the world has been conspiring against us for years, they treat us with disrespect, it was insufferable, etc. It's like America is a paranoid jealous husband.
