On February 19, Adrian was taken into ICE detention, where he suffered from a psychiatric emergency and needed care. He was brought to Fairview Southdale Emergency Department to be treated for his medical condition. ICE then kidnapped Adrian from the hospital on February 26.

So similar to me! Missed 62 days in 2nd grade due to measles then bronchitis, then chicken pox, German measles and mumps into 3rd grade where I missed 43 days (still have the attendance reports from grade school). My growth was stunted for years afterward.

Near-blind refugee found dead in Buffalo after release by US Border Patrol A nearly blind refugee from Myanmar missing since his release from a Buffalo jail into the custody of U.S. Border Patrol has been found dead on a downtown street, city authorities said on Wednesday.

US Customs & Border Protection statement: “He showed no signs of distress, mobility issues or disabilities requiring special assistance."

The man was nearly blind and did not speak English.
