Cutting taxes means less budget and less state help.

#taxis in Istanbul feel they should be a luxury form of transportation.
They forget they are in the service business.
They managed to stop UBER’s van and black town car options a couple of years ago arguing they stole their business.

Istanbul’s public transportation is suffering from traffic. The subway network is not serving all neighborhoods like Beşiktaş or Baghdad Avenue.
#taxis are another problem.
