27.02.2026 05:03 β π 612 π 76 π¬ 27 π 5To be fair, "here is the war-winning superweapon we invented to win wars, all of our defense policy for fifty years was predicated on them, under no circumstances can you use one" is probably pretty hard to explain to a machine.
25.02.2026 14:39 β π 128 π 18 π¬ 8 π 3South Korean culture is fascinating because it's like "We make two things extremely well: Weapons and pop stars. One of these industries is the ruthless, blood-soaked byproduct of a nation whose soul was scarred by eternal war. The other is our defense industrial base, which is respected globally."

Napoleon's ultimate success can be measured in the fact that his impact on the French population - and that impact was not a good one - was still evident at the start of the Great War.
Still, logistics are boring, right?
"Napoleon achieved his success by ignoring logistics" is a bold take when you consider that such successes include losing his entire army in Egypt due to logistics, losing his entire army in Russia due to logistics, turning the Peninsular War into a nightmare by replacing logistics with theft...

They discuss their problems (killing the king of Scotland), share their hobbies (killing the king of Scotland), and resolve their conflicts (by killing the king of Scotland).

Gavin Newsom had to meet him in prison to get the city passwords

If Miller isn't fired or very, VERY thoroughly sidelined, he's gonna deliberately try to gin up a no-joke civil war.
He's very unlikely to succeed but he'll try and ppl will fucking die along the way.
Yeah, I think this sometimes gets missed in the overall logic of protest planning. A protest against an authoritarian government is basically daring it to overstep. By protesting peacefully and being tear-gassed anyway, they're setting up the administration to overreact and look terrible.

People who want to get morally superior about how they hand-wash everything really gotta reckon with the fact that machine dish-washing uses considerably LESS water and emits considerably fewer greenhouse emissions than standard handwashing practices do.
(And you save a lot of time...)
People watch Avatar because sometimes they want a distraction from their miserable lives and for some reason not everyone enjoys spending their free time being cyberbullied by people with names like βPissGoblin4Palestineβ over whether giraffes are bourgeoise.
There, mystery solved.
