It was re-released on CD in 2010 with a second disc (featuring the previous tour's singer Ray Gillen on vocals), and finally re-released on LP in 2025 (the version I have pictured).
Also because of this, I now have every Tony Martin-sung Sabbath studio album on LP!

This album is what got me hooked on Tony Martin's singing, and led me down a rabbit hole finding more of what he sang on.
Among Black Sabbath albums, this certainly isn't one of the best, but it is damn well worth a listen!

Even during the recording of this album, the singer, bassist, and drummer switched around. This album saw the debut of vocalist Tony Martin on a Black Sabbath record, and would continue (minus a break in the early 90s when Dio rejoined the band) up through 1995's Forbidden album and tour.

Black Sabbath's 13th album, released in 1987, came after a rough patch for the band. 1986's Seventh Star saw the band shuffling members around, with only guitarist (and founder) Tony Iommi and keyboardist Geoff Nicholls remaining since.
