It’s unfortunately been a case for a long time. Because Zen uses the STTS people seem to have a huge obsession in revealing Zen’s true voice or “exposing” Zen’s gender.
Like, what does it matter who’s behind there. Zen is Zen no matter what.

Old post but, Zen has not changed her STTS program to A.I and Vedal didn’t build it.
Zen’s personal Tech Guy, Baffler upgraded Zen’s TTS with new voice options and Vedal helped Baffler reduce the latency between what Zen says and how fast it comes out.
It’s still an STTS program.

Had to remake my heavy build too. I got it to work pretty efficiently though. Once you get that bullet storm going it’s scary strong.

Grenada build needs work though since there is no hope for that to stack bullet storm even with quad legendary effect.

Two things that come to mind. Vault-Tec offices somewhere in Nevada or New Vault City.

I would personally consider how often you would use the VTuber model versus how often you’d use your a webcam. It might not be worth it to invest the money on a full VTuber model if you only do it every so often. Most people who become VTubers do it full time.

PNG tubing is less taxing for you PC and your wallet but you only have an stationary avatar which might move on a predetermined pattern when you talk

VTuber avatar gives you full tracking of movement with multiple poses but is hella expensive and taxing on your PC if you plan on gaming on it too.

Wes does a lot of characters for the Fallout series actually. Mister Burke, Super Mutants, Sentry Bot, Protectron, Scribe Bigsley and the Swampfolk for FO3. Moe Cronin, Silver Shroud, Protectrons and minor Super Mutants for FO4

Finally managed to add the Gecko voiceover to the saber as well as tweak its appearance a bit.
