The third of our Hot Chicks cast is Rachel Redford who plays Sadie. Sadie is a newcomer to Cheney's Chicken shop. She walks in looking 'a million dollars' and before long Kyla & Ruby are hanging off her every word. Rachel's theatre credits include The Jungle for the Young Vic.

We promised to tell you more about our Hot Chicks cast this week. You'll be seeing this face a lot over the coming weeks as alongside Londiwe Mthembu, Izzi MCCormack is all over the poster for Hot Chicks! Izzi plays Kyla: 15, confident and cocky, with massive dreams and an attitude to match.

Our production Hot Chicks shines a light on child criminal exploitation in Wales, we hope that it can help to raise awareness of this widespread issue. Read more in this article about hopes that new laws being put in place will shift the blame away from the child victims onto those exploiting them.

What a fantastic week we had at #SwanseaGrand with our Hot Chicks company! Lots of script work, a visit to meet the brilliant members of CMET's Young People's Panel and on Friday a rehearsed reading of Rebecca Jade Hammond's funny and gut wrenching script.
