All three of them were never “taught” how to set goals. I had
classes in elementary school that went over goal setting frameworks.

I’m not sure I have much to offer for pointers, I’ve just been making a point to read alt-text to see what others are doing. I’ve notice simple, straightforward writing. Ex. If there are people in the photo they describe what they are wearing, their facial expression, how they are positioned 1/2

My knee jerk is long run. But I think my favorite is whatever run I’m doing at the time. I find myself looking forward to interval runs and other varied workouts…but I find my zone in those long runs and that’s vital to my wellbeing.
