Some advice to artists that struggle to finish any WIPs:

If finishing a full WIP is very difficult for you, I recommend setting small goals within each artwork you do

Like for example, instead of trying to do everything in one sitting; make a goal like “Okay I’ll just do half the lineart today”

if i can beat the rat king on grounded+, i can beat simon on fucking STORY MODE in expedition 33 right?

good news one month later and im now a verso defender (will literally always choose maelle ending though sorry)

the strong urge to delete every piece of art ive made up until now from the internet since ive improved a lot this last year and some of my older pieces make me ;-; but also i spent hella time making them so ugh

a game hasn't had me crying my way through it since tlou2, like damn france calm down (just kidding my favorite genre of game is apparently the one that forces me to confront my own complicated grief via found family father/daughter figure angst and misery ❤️)

tbh, fav mini game of expedition 33 is the one where i try to play while ugly crying my way through the sirene fight because 1) the prefight cutscene that i have to pause afterwards to get out the worst of the ugly cries 2) music being too damn gorgeous 3) the stunning visuals of the ballet

btw i may have many unsavory feelings about verso that im actively trying to work out but even i have to admit "can we talk later? i'd really like you all to survive this" kinda fucked
