The whole shutdown boiled down to the one issue of ACA subsidies. Again the Dems caved on a promise for future action. Once reopened why haven't Dems insisted on 24 hr sessions devoted to the one singular issue? Are they happy to let it drag out well past signup time, as GOP doubtlessly plans?
